  适当的饮食和运动,令帕金森病可推迟很多年
  After suffering with tremors in my right arm, some weakness in my legs and loss of balance for several years, I approached my physician as to what could possibly be the cause. With several later visits and tests, the doctor advanced Parkinson’s, I chose to ward off the onset of advanced effects of this disease by finding nutritional,After research, I found that Parkinson Disease (PD) was a progressive disease and that all I could do was delay the progression; however, the disease can be delayed for many years with proper diet and exercise.
  
  Since I have been on the nutritional program and exercise regimen that I describe below, I have had people tell me that I look younger, smile more and seem to be more relaxed. I still have slight tremors, but they have not progressed into the next phase of Parkinson’s disease.
  
  My Nutritional Program
  
  For years I had been eating a wild, organic whole food product that in the past had helped me improve my health with small amounts of the product line. So with experimentation, and the knowledge that high nutritional foods can heal and regenerate the body, I began an experiment using increasingly larger quantities of this product line.
  
  I had been consuming the equivalent of one packet which consists of two capsules of wild crafted organic whole foods, digestive enzyme, Acidophilus and Bifidus. Once I began experimenting after my Parkinson’s research, I began increasing the blue green algae to thirty per day. This has greatly enhanced my energy levels and mental well-being.
  
  This wild organic food provides a vast array of natural nutrients including amino acids, antioxidants and complex carbohydrates – all critical for the optimal physical health of tissues and cells. This super food helps enhance healthy, balanced brain activity, including optimization of memory and information processing which is so very important in the off-setting of the progression of PD.
  
  Depression is a well-known problem with PD. To reduce the depression I have found that eating larger quantities of the wild algae has been very helpful in increasing the endorphins for a reduction of my depression.
  
  Nutritional blends of CoQ10 enzymes which contain essential oils as well as the full spectrum of carotenoids (natural antioxidants) found in red beta algae and organic blue green microalgae have been in studies of Parkinson’s patients who were part of a blind study. This study showed that large quantities of CoQ10 reduced the effects of Parkinson’s disease and helped the recovery of balance and reduction of tremors. By adding additional supplements to the CoQ10, nutritional companies have boosted the effectiveness of the CoQ10. My own personal experience and that of others I know with Parkinson’s have had similar results with using large amounts of CoQ10.

  Parkinson’s and doing it in a healthy, natural regimen, thus keeping the drugs at bay as long as you are able, I would highly recommend that you implement this protocol. The experience I have gone through is duplicable and successful in slowing down the progression of Parkinson’s.
  
  If you are looking to extend your mobility and get back to the old you, before Parkinson’s, you need to start today on this program.
  
  Exercise is probably the most effective way in combating the physical decline in
  Parkinson’s sufferers. I have never had the tenacity to maintain an exercise
  regimen, so when I researched and found that exercise was a key element in
  slowing down the progression of Parkinson’s, I decided to use a fitness trainer
  who would help me stay on an exercise program. I have been amazed, after
  having worked with my trainer for over three years, how much stronger I have
  become.
  
  If you choose to take on an exercise regimen, begin slowly using a trainer once a
  week for physical fitness, and as you get stronger extend your time in the gym to
  three times weekly. Regular trainings with a fitness trainer usually last an hour.
  The other days of the week you only need to work 30 minutes of non-
  cardiovascular exercises. For those of you who feel you cannot afford the
  expense of working out in a gym, there are a number of home exercise programs
  Internet. I have used and believe in David Zid’s exercise program which is
  described in his book and DVD: Delay the Disease-Exercise and Parkinson’s
  Disease.
  
  There is breakthrough research on Parkinson’s disease that also shows that
  cycling at high speeds for a short period of time has been very successful in
  reducing tremors. So, I invested in my health and have been using a Theracycle
  100.
